Wiggle & Bloom Refund Policy

1. Attendance & Cancellations by Families
 

  • We understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable. If your child is unwell or you cannot attend, please reschedule via our online booking system or by contacting our team directly.    

  • Make-up sessions may be offered, subject to availability, but cannot be guaranteed. 

  • Refunds are not provided for missed sessions, except in special circumstances at the discretion of Wiggle & Bloom.​​

2. Refund & Cancellations by Wiggle & Bloom

  • On rare occasions, classes may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, facility issues, instructor illness).

  • In these cases, families will be offered a make-up class, credit, or refund.

 

3.Changes & Updates

  • Wiggle & Bloom reserves the right to make changes to class times, locations, or terms & conditions if needed. Families will always be notified as early as possible.
