Wiggle & Bloom Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are designed to keep our classes safe, fair, and fun for everyone. By booking a class at Wiggle & Bloom, you agree to the following:
 

1. Bookings & Payments
 

  • All bookings must be made in advance via our website or booking system.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place.

  • Class sizes are capped to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

2. Attendance & Cancellations

  • We understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable. If your child is unwell or you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • Make-up sessions may be offered, subject to availability, but cannot be guaranteed.

  • Refunds are not provided for missed sessions, except in special circumstances at our discretion.

3. Health & Safety

  • Please do not attend if your child is unwell (including fever, vomiting, contagious conditions, or any illness that could affect others).

  • Parents/carers are responsible for supervising their child at all times during the session.

  • Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement, and bare feet or grippy socks for safety on equipment.

  • Food and drink are not permitted on the mats or play equipment (except bottles/breastfeeding for babies).

  • Wiggle & Bloom staff will regularly check and clean all equipment, but participation is at your own risk.

4. Behaviour & Respect

  • Wiggle & Bloom is a judgement-free, inclusive space. We celebrate all children and expect kindness and respect from both adults and little ones.

  • Any behaviour that compromises safety or disrupts the class may result in being asked to step aside for a moment or, in rare cases, leave the session.

5. Media & Photography

  • Parents are welcome to take photos of their own child, but please be mindful not to capture other children without permission.

  • Wiggle & Bloom may occasionally take photos or videos for promotional purposes. Consent for this will be requested at the time of booking.

6. Liability

  • By attending Wiggle & Bloom classes, you acknowledge that physical activity carries some risk of injury.

  • Parents/carers accept full responsibility for their child’s participation and supervision during sessions.

  • Wiggle & Bloom is not liable for accidents or injuries that occur due to misuse of equipment, lack of supervision, or failure to follow safety guidance.

7. Emergencies

 

  • Your child’s safety is our top priority.

  • In the unlikely event of a medical emergency during class, Wiggle & Bloom staff will take appropriate action, including calling emergency services if necessary.

  • If a parent/carer cannot be reached immediately, you give permission for staff to act in your child’s best interest until you are available.

 

8. Personal Belongings

 

  • Wiggle & Bloom is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought to class.

  • We recommend labeling all belongings (water bottles, bags, clothing).

9. Refunds & Cancellations by Wiggle & Bloom

  • Classes may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, facility issues, instructor illness).

  • In such cases, families will be offered a make-up class, credit, or refund.

10. Changes & Updates


   •    Wiggle & Bloom reserves the right to make changes to class times, locations, or terms & conditions if needed. We will always notify families as early as possible.
