Cancellation Policy

At Wiggle & Bloom, we’re committed to creating a safe, supportive, and enjoyable experience for every child. Please read through our policy before booking to ensure a smooth experience for you and your little one. 1. Bookings & Payments - All bookings must be made in advance via our website or booking system. - Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place. - Class sizes are capped at 15 children to ensure a safe and supportive environment. 2. Attendance & Missed Sessions - We understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable. If your child is unwell or you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible. - Make-up sessions may be offered (subject to availability) but cannot be guaranteed. - Refunds are not provided for missed sessions, except in special circumstances at our discretion. 3. Cancellations by Wiggle & Bloom - On rare occasions, classes may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, facility issues, instructor illness). - In such cases, families will be offered a make-up class, credit, or refund. 4. Changes & Updates - Wiggle & Bloom reserves the right to make changes to class times, locations, or terms & conditions if needed. - Families will always be notified as early as possible of any changes.
